I have been having issues with my brand name. On some products the brand name is written as it should be and in some other instances it's not. How can this be fixed rapidly since we have been waiting for this correction to happen before proceeding fully with Amazon

We are having trouble obtaining full brand access to our listings and overriding any previous attributions. Despite being the brand owner and manufacturer of the products, we are unable to update some of our product details due to unwanted contributions. For example, we cannot update our product's title because of an existing Japanese contribution.
We have tried contacting Seller Support regarding this issue but have not received a resolution.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?
Day 4: I reported a violation and need to see the follow-up. How can I check if the report has been processed and the conclusion? The buyer continues the violation.
