We are a new beginner in Amazon selling and have a pending TM (done by a lawyer from IP accelerater).

We have appealed when we got rejected ,but never get a reply in the case. The service team said our account is involved in abuse problem, but we still don't have a clue what we've done wrong after we go through thoroughly the "Brand Registry rejections due to abusive conduct"

Would you be so kind as to look into our case ID14947083061. and give us an answer about what corrective actions we should take to proceed with our brand registry enrollment?

We are a new starter in Amazon selling and ready to learn more about Amazon's policy. We consider this event a great help and a valuable opportunity that we can benefit from.

My case number is 15690581361. I've been selling OEM HP products (printers and parts) for over 3 years on Amazon. In the past week over 110 of my best-selling listings have become inactive for no reason. I've received no emails about any reason why this is happening. I have o my case re-applied to sell HP products and now all of my HP related listings are going into an inactive state. I have also received an email stating that I am now not approved to sell Hp products. I have always provided my customers with good service and have kept my account health in good standing. I have also attached POs to my case showing purchase of the OEM HP printers and parts that we have been offering on Amazon. I need help in resolving this issue. I'm losing too much business because of this. Thank you very much for any help or guidance you can provide.

I need to reach out to the customer to discuss the misunderstanding of the date they assumed was an expired date, in order to appeal the claim.

I do not know how to reach out to the buyer.

Greetings!

My seller account was deactivated. I was told that I used a trademarked term in my product listing and needed to show brand authorization

I only use the term in its dictionary meaning to describe my product accurately.

My product is designed by me and not using trademarked assets of others.

I have reviewed the IP policy many times and wrote up a appeal with evidence that I didnt violate policy

I followed the guideline in the screenshot. Point B when a trademarked word is used in its ordinary dictionary meaning:

In my case the term is Alice in Wonderland

It describes the products that I designed which are vintage style alice in wonderland cards. I never used used any branded assets but just designed my own products

I even showed dictionary entries for Alice in Wonderland ( which is both an noun and adjective in many dictionaries)

I keep getting my appeal rejected without any explanation,

Of course if I was informed I didnt follow policy I would change the description but in this case I showed proof that I didnt violate policy but appeals are rejected. Can you help here?

I cant make any changes to the listings as my account is deactivated now.

Also account health reps aren't very helpful

One of them actually yelled at me and said I could only submit brand authorization and that they wont accept evidence to show I didnt violate policy

My question is does one need to comply with points A, B and C of the attached policy? I have read the policy many times and I believe the meaning is that one has to comply with one of the conditions and not necessarily all of them.

Any input would be appreciated.

We are having trouble obtaining full brand access to our listings and overriding any previous attributions. Despite being the brand owner and manufacturer of the products, we are unable to update some of our product details due to unwanted contributions. For example, we cannot update our product's title because of an existing Japanese contribution.

We have tried contacting Seller Support regarding this issue but have not received a resolution.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?

I'm a new seller building my first brand on Amazon.

I have a pending TM (done by a lawyer) and all my applications and appeals got rejected (trying a few months now to get approved for BR).

I have gone over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma' multiple times verifying that all the information matches across the USPTO website, Seller Central, and the Brand Registry application.

I have thoroughly reviewed all possible guidelines provided by Amazon to the letter and I don't see any mismatch.

This is my last appeal (Case ID 15567677161) ,after JiAlex_Amazon from the community tried to help me and suggested to add more documents.

Got reject for the following application as well.

Maybe you could try to help in this blessed Ask Amazon Summer Series :)

I Received this Email this morning and im a little confused what this means and i wanted to clarify before i apply again.

"You will need to modify the brand name and submit a different trademark before proceeding".

Is it my logo? Is it the Brand Name?

post.I started my company in April 2024. I got incorporated in NY State. I bought a Logo and submitted to USPTO for trademarking. My company name is Red Blaze LLC....the logo is a RB with a flame coming out of the R with the words Red Blaze written under. When I applied for registry on Amazon it keeps getting denied. No one is gave us a reason so that we correct whatever is needed. On Amazon yall have us as "RB Red Blaze" I guess because of that is the name in the description in the USPTO app. Please help.

The team has come back with the following response:

Please note that Brand Registry relies on trademark information as the authoritative source for brand protection. It's crucial that the business information provided in their appeal matches exactly with the business information listed on their trademark. If there are any discrepancies, it will cause issues with the appeal being approved. We hope this helps.

1) Why does Amazon approve brands to wipe out all 3rd party sellers and destroy pricing competition which is a benefit to its consumers?

and NO PIRACY is not a valid excuse because. None of the brands in the supplement industry is suffering from rampant or even occasional piracy EXCEPT NOW Foods.

2) Why does Amazon Allow Brands to enter the transparency and NOT punish them or RESTRICT THEIR ACCESS when they only put transparency codes on the product they send themselves to Amazon but NO CODE on products they sell every where elsee?

3) Why does Amazon accept trademark on product complainsts against unsuspecting sellers when it is NOT the Rights Owner for the product reporting it?

Examples I sell Herb Pharm products, but ANOTHER COMPANY CalmCo filed a trademark complaint against me (THE SELLER) for Herb Pharm allegedly infringing on Calmco Word Trademark. NO SELLER is even REMOTELY responsible to VET All products from all the brands they are authorized to sell to make sure the brand is in check.

SO many more legitimate questions that show Amazon has failed its sellers but NO ONE at Amazon will reach out to set up a zoom meeting to be presented my case.

Greetings!

My seller account was deactivated. I was told that I used a trademarked term in my product listing and needed to show brand authorization

I only use the term in its dictionary meaning to describe my product accurately.

My product is designed by me and not using trademarked assets of others.

I have reviewed the IP policy many times and wrote up a appeal with evidence that I didnt violate policy

I followed the guideline in the screenshot. Point B when a trademarked word is used in its ordinary dictionary meaning:

In my case the term is Alice in Wonderland

It describes the products that I designed which are vintage style alice in wonderland cards. I never used used any branded assets but just designed my own products

I even showed dictionary entries for Alice in Wonderland ( which is both an noun and adjective in many dictionaries)

I keep getting my appeal rejected without any explanation,

Of course if I was informed I didnt follow policy I would change the description but in this case I showed proof that I didnt violate policy but appeals are rejected. Can you help here?

I cant make any changes to the listings as my account is deactivated now.

Also account health reps aren't very helpful

One of them actually yelled at me and said I could only submit brand authorization and that they wont accept evidence to show I didnt violate policy

My question is does one need to comply with points A, B and C of the attached policy? I have read the policy many times and I believe the meaning is that one has to comply with one of the conditions and not necessarily all of them.

Any input would be appreciated.

Hi,

We are having trouble obtaining full brand access to our listings and overriding any previous attributions. Despite being the brand owner and manufacturer of the products, we are unable to update some of our product details due to unwanted contributions. For example, we cannot update our product's title because of an existing Japanese contribution.

We have tried contacting Seller Support regarding this issue but have not received a resolution.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?

1) Why does Amazon approve brands to wipe out all 3rd party sellers and destroy pricing competition which is a benefit to its consumers?

and NO PIRACY is not a valid excuse because. None of the brands in the supplement industry is suffering from rampant or even occasional piracy EXCEPT NOW Foods.

2) Why does Amazon Allow Brands to enter the transparency and NOT punish them or RESTRICT THEIR ACCESS when they only put transparency codes on the product they send themselves to Amazon but NO CODE on products they sell every where elsee?

3) Why does Amazon accept trademark on product complainsts against unsuspecting sellers when it is NOT the Rights Owner for the product reporting it?

Examples I sell Herb Pharm products, but ANOTHER COMPANY CalmCo filed a trademark complaint against me (THE SELLER) for Herb Pharm allegedly infringing on Calmco Word Trademark. NO SELLER is even REMOTELY responsible to VET All products from all the brands they are authorized to sell to make sure the brand is in check.
