While trying to change our store name on Amazon, we accidentally changed the legal entity. And our account was suspended..Our account is not opening despite verifying our address and identity several times. What should we do?
We have 100s of listing on Amazon that are under our brand name, however our trademark is not an exact match, it has an extra couple letters in front of the brand name. Will these listings be able to be changed once we are brand registered, or will all of our listings need to be recreated?
When did you decide it's not worth taking care of your sellers? The people who helped build the company by taking risks while you collected a fee.
Hi - This is the problem that I've been dealing with for almost a month - The complaint from Amazon:
Hello,
We received your appeal for the ASINs B08DDDCKD1, but we are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time.
This product has been identified as a gastrointestinal tube, which is a professional-use only medical device. Per Amazon policy, professional-use only medical devices may only be sold to appropriately licensed healthcare customers who have Amazon Business accounts.
What actions do I need to take?
To reactivate your ASINs, send the following documentation and information:
-- Photos of all the sides of the product packaging.
-- Photos of the instructions included with the product.
-- The 510(k) number issued by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for this product.
Additionally, if the name of the product provided on the product packaging, instructions for use, or ASIN detail page does not match the device name provided on the 510(k), then also provide the following:
-- The device manufacturer’s FDA establishment registration number or the owner or operator number.
-- The device name as it appears in the manufacturer’s device listing.
-- A purchase order, invoice, or letter, all must be written in English, from the manufacturer confirming that the device was purchased from the manufacturer.
If the product does not require a 510(k), provide an explanation along with proof to support the 510(K) claim exemption.
___________________________________________________________________________________________
My response:
I do not sell gastrointestinal tubes. I sell a kitchen product that can help with tube feeding, and so Amazon assumed I sell feeding tubes (gastrointestinal tubes), which I do not. I have supplied photos—a comparison of what a gastrointestinal tube is and what I sell—and no luck.
I did resubmit an appeal again today - I believe it is ID 15589485911.
Several months ago I dealt with listings removed for pesticides. I simply mentioned that the product is useful for gardening and feeding plants. I have been a marketplace seller for at least 20 years -
Please take interest in my case and relist the item.
Thank you -
Simon
Greetings
im trying to follow up on my case from day 2
@Sandy_Amazon gave me a reply to say that I need to make sure I follow amazon policy
Its not really helpful bc I have been showing evidence that I have followed policy when using a dictionary word to describe my product. The word is also trademarked (
ALICE IN WONDERLAND)
I dont have any assets from the ALICE IN WONDERLAND BRAND. Products are designed by me
If in fact im not following policy when using a word in its dictionary meaning, how can I know ? I havent gotten any answers from the 7 calls i made to account health or from this summer series except being told that I need to read over policy and make sure I comply
I also see other forum postings from sellers who have been affected by using dictionary words which also happen to be trademarked. Here is the other posting for reference.
ASINS flagged for using dictionary words
Can anyone help? Or my account is just deactivated with no way to appeal or provide POA if in fact i wasnt following policy? I have no idea at this stage whether my listing was in compliance or not. There actually isnt any option to file a POA anyway.
If I was informed that I wasn't using the word in its dictionary meaning correctly as per policy, I would have made changes right away.

is this a recent trend? Others seem to be getting their ASINS pulled down but I got my account ( with good account health rating) just shut down

Hello,
We have submitted 4 brand applications in the past month, all of which were rejected for "our appeal for Brand Registry enrollment application ULTISANA has been rejected. Why did this happen? This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form." We submitted an appeal for the most recent application (ID 15445727641), for which we have been waiting OVER A MONTH for any sort of response on the issue (last AMAZON communication was JUNE 17).
I've provided documentation verifying the IRS tax information of the company, the trademark application, along with a trademark authorization.
I have been calling the support log, but they're telling me that they cannot access my investigation even though we've waited since JUNE 17TH for ANY COMMUNICATION OR UPDATE ON THE ISSUE.
We've even tried reapplying, but then we receive a note saying that the brand is under investigation.
So basically, there is nothing I can do to receive any sort of response from Amazon within a month of applying. Outrageous. I see many others are having similar issues on this Q&A, so I will take this to X if needed.
In all seriousness is there ever going to be enough made up brand names on amazon? I bet 1/2 don't even have the company logo on the product itself.

Hello,
We have submitted 4 brand applications in the past month, all of which were rejected for "our appeal for Brand Registry enrollment application ULTISANA has been rejected.
