Since I can't find the answer to my question in the posts on the forum I thought I'd ask here in hopes of finding help. I'm trying to figure out if the handling time field in the listing overrides the auto handling if I turn it on? Meaning, if I have this listing set to 3 days do I have three days to ship or will I have to ship in the auto handling time of 1 day?

Here's my issue, I'd like to offer standard shipping but the most time allowed is 4 days and thats often not enough time to use ground advantage. So I thought I could use the extra handling times for transit. Does this make semse?

Suspension by Mistake

Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone knows how to report a mistake suspension? My account was suspended for not providing a valid tracking rate but I always provide a valid tracking information and it has always been at 100%. This is going to damage some of my holiday sales and I want to work with Amazon to get my account reinstated as quickly as possible but I do not know what to do. I filled out my appeal but it could take 3-5 days and I tried to contact support via chat but they just told me to appeal. Is there anything else I can do or do I just have to wait it out? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

I am being charged 130.53 so far this payment period for shipping fee but only 58.00 dollars collected from buyers why would my shipping fee be so high. Can’t figure out the new math that Amazon is using to figure what we are going to get paid. Looks like I have been charged three times what I should be charged it is usually about the same does anyone know how to figure out how they are coming up with the amount we are getting paid now.

Can someone from the Amazon handmade team please enlighten us handmade sellers how our items are supposed to be discoverable now that you removed ANY AND ALL WAYS TO FIND OUR ITEMS except through search? Why in the world would your team remove categories and subcategories out of handmade? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT IN Q4? WHY? You all have single handedly destroyed so many small businesses that COUNT on holiday sales. I cannot fathom what head engineer thought- yes- PERFECT TIMING! Lets do it at Christmas. I have worked my butt off for years- YEARS here at Amazon Handmade and I have promoted Amazon, and defended it every step of the way when people laughed and scoffed at "handmade" at Amazon. Driving your own traffic is important- I do that, Running ads is important- I do that, having multiple selling platforms is important- I do that- BUT HAVING AND BUILDING ORGANIC RANKING IS IMPORTANT - and it is LITERALLY the HARDEST part to do- You say you are not removing handmade -if that is the case THEN WHY REMOVE CATEGORIES AND SUB? All handmade items were already discoverable on the 'regular" amazon.....so I don't really understand what this migration project is all about. Can you please respond with a CLEAR path that helps us to get back to some normalcy.

How do I get a new account manager that actually answers emails and dose their job. We currently have someone called Connor B******* and he is useless. We were told to enroll in the sas program but don't qualify. Any suggestions ? How do I report this guy for not doing his job even?

Is there a way to have someone from Amazon Handmade review my account? I went from $7,000 in sales in February to less than $500/month beginning this past August.

This feels like way more than normal market fluctuations, and I'm worried I'm missing something.

Our account manager never returns emails or communications with us. How do we report him for not doing his job. ??we have issues we need resolved and are in need of someone who actually dose what he is overpaid for.

protection for seller on autumatic refunds

Hi I'm trying to find out everything I need to do to ensure I'm protected from automatic refunds to packages claiming not delivered when USPS scan Delivered. I've read here in the forums sellers that have used signature confirmations, had photos of the delivered box and the buyer still got the refund. If I use the amazon shipping labels will it really make a difference in a Safe-t claim? Does anything protect the seller before amazon automatically initiates a refund?

So now I have orders with a sku of 3 day handling time that came in last night and if I ship them today I am at risk of late delivery and they are forcing priority shipping which is more than the cost of the item.

I used to do fairly well with ads on a minimal budget. But since the reclassification roll out it has dwindled to nearly nothing. I don't spend my budget and ROA is horrible.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Can the mods chime in and let us know if any changes need to be made to campaigns?
