I am just wondering if anyone knows how to report a mistake suspension? My account was suspended for not providing a valid tracking rate but I always provide a valid tracking information and it has always been at 100%. This is going to damage some of my holiday sales and I want to work with Amazon to get my account reinstated as quickly as possible but I do not know what to do. I filled out my appeal but it could take 3-5 days and I tried to contact support via chat but they just told me to appeal. Is there anything else I can do or do I just have to wait it out? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
