I would like to identify the root cause of that issue: are you an INDIVIDUAL from Europe?
No I am a seller from Canada. they accepted my Canadian tax id. Not sure why its still not working?
The system even didn't ask me for the tax ID but told me "Tax information is complete"! Also in the whole "Account Info" no place to upload any tax ID.
Follow my thread:
It didn't ask me for tax ID / SIN on Mac and I received "Tax information is complete" message. HOWEVER, on Amazon Seller APP, it asked for it and a photo of it, which I took and uploaded.
No change though, I still have the At Risk Warning.
@Connor_Amazon On the computer the system does NOT ask the tax ID, although on Seller App?? Wow.

I still can't access my account since TUESDAY. I was sent an email saying my verification was complete. I can't even reach out to seller support or request a call. This is terrible.
