I recently applied for Brand Registry, but I never received an email confirmation. When I go into brand applications it says I don't have any pending, and when I go to reapply it won't let me.

What you see is correct, and Amazon does not tell you this. During the last two months of the year Amazon slows way down on accepting new sellers, new products and new brands. Nothing against you, it is just that Amazon does not want any buyer disappointed buyers with problems that may or may not happen. In January, things will start back up. This gives the new applicant 10 months of selling history for the 2015 holiday shopping season.
