Like many others, we ship all of our Amazon orders via Seller Central using Amazon's "buy shipping". I just downloaded a "new orders" report and noticed the "delivery instructions field" where I'm noticing that quite a few buyers include instructions for the delivery drivers. We've shipped thousands of orders and now I'm wondering if we're supposed to be doing something with these instructions! (Doh!)
And if we ARE supposed to do something with them, why are they hidden within a report that most small sellers never bother to download?
Most of them are only mildly helpful/necessary so probably not a big deal but still not sure if we've been missing something important.

Hello @Seller_0KNcMoJG4OU6A,
Thank you for posting here at the forums!
Delivery instructions are necessary when you have a particular scenario due to the product/order or due to buyer/customer request. For the most part orders are standard.
Hope this helps,
Joey
