I have been trying to get my brand name registered but Its being rejected. My account is in good health. I previously had another account in 2020, linked to the same email address, which eventually was closed and I was unable to reactivate it. Now, in 2023, I've created a new account using the same email address, and it shows as being in good health. However, I am facing a problem with 'abusive conduct' rejections for my brand.
Upon further investigation at my end I see my currently shows 6 marketplaces.

Canada
United States
Saudi Arabia
United States >>> Terminated
Mexico: >>> Terminated
Canada >>> Terminated
Canada and United States are showing twice - One as active and one as Terminated status. As per my understanding, your marketplace should not be in "Terminated" status for the country where you are applying for the brand registry. This glitch makes me believe that abusive conduct is getting triggered by this discrepancy. Could you please help and investigate to resolve this issue for me?

I want to make sure I am addressing the issue that you came to the forums for. Are you looking for resolution on enrolling in Brand Registry or are you wanting to resolve the "double," status for the US and CA?
In either situation, I request that you provide a case ID so that I can begin reviewing. If your focus is Brand Registry enrollment, please provide a case ID/Appeal ID for your latest application. If the focus is the differences in status, please provide a case ID where you asked Seller Support.
Once I have these initial case(s) I can start investigating.
Looking forward to assisting wherever I am able.
