I am trying to log into the deactivated account to pay off the amount that is owed because the CC expired. It wont let me do anything it just says update payment.
It wont let me know how much is owed or how much I will be charged. This is basic informtation needed to make a payment and even by law they should tell you how much you are going to be charged. Well they dont.
As everyone who uses seller central there is 0 support and its just automated bot responses. Well I cant even get an automated bot response because it literrally wont let me access the help center. Everything jut takes you to the update payment information.
Even after all this illegality of not telling you the charge amount I went ahead and updated the CC and it still keeps saying to update payment information.
Amazon is a joke of a company nowadays they are a rich multibillion dollar company and offer 0 support and make it as hard as possible to ever contact a person that can help. It sucks we are stuck with their monopoly over online marketplace sales.
1. It can take 24-48 hrs to update.
2. Make sure the CC is also in your Buyer Side of the account.
So what exactly do I even do? If this account goes into delinquency what then? And the product they still have?
So im trying to pay this off and they have completely blocked me off, and have 0 access to support.
Like even when Im trying to pay them they dont have support this is insane!

How is it possible that not one agent can contact me? I made another post and got closed because they said I had this post open. Still no one has contacted me. I have gotten emails saying that the merchandise needs to be retrieved and again there is no thing I can do on the website. What a waste of time and poor support.
