Unable to Create Brand Tailored Promos
I havent been able to create them since December.... I wrote to support handmade email and brand registry email.... they said they have found this to happen to several others and that there is no updates so far....
thats a pitty with all the brand cart abandoners that came in for holiday season ...
anyone else experiencing this and now the status of fixing it?

i'm experiencing the same thing, some have expired so when i create new brand promo, it says -Encountered an error when attempting to create this promotion
i would contact support about this.

i'm experiencing the same thing, some have expired so when i create new brand promo, it says -Encountered an error when attempting to create this promotion
