I'm reaching out in urgent need of assistance from Amazon Moderators.
Since February 13th, my Seller Central dashboard has been displaying a worrying alert: "Your account is at risk of deactivation" due to an ongoing tax verification issue, required for compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act.
For security, I've updated the tax information (without changing anything because all information has remained the same and accurate for over 3 years). I saved and downloaded the tax interview.
Despite the "Tax Information" page confirming that my tax details have been "validated successfully" (screenshot attached), the warning of risk of deactivation persists.
Four days ago, I asked for help from Health Support, and they told me that it's an Amazon technical error and that my account is safe, active, and normal, and to wait for 24-72 business hours for the dashboard to get refreshed.
Four days have passed but the warning of risk of deactivation persists. I also opened a case with seller support - CASE ID - 17228260541.
I really don’t know what else to do. I'm very worried and feel alone in this situation.

Don't feel alone. Lots of us here having the same issue. It seems @Emet_Amazon is helping take care of this. Our situation is NOT similiar: ITS IDENTICAL

It's now 13 day of this Error on my dashboard and It has now been 7 days since Account Health Support assured me that the technical error causing the "Your account is at risk of deactivation" alert would be resolved within 72 hours (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTO). Unfortunately, nothing has changed:
My Seller Central dashboard still displays the worrying alert: "Your account is at risk of deactivation."
Seller Support has not escalated my case (CASE ID - 17228260541) to a SUPERVISORS as urgently needed.
This situation feels like a never-ending loop where my status as a seller is at great risk. I have over 1,000 subscribers and Save who depend on my products, and they will be directly impacted if my account is wrongly deactivated due to this technical issue.
I urgently need a supervisor to look into CASE ID - 17228260541 and help resolve this matter before it causes irreversible damage to my business and customer trust.

DO NOT listen to what they have told you. Your account will be deactivated. The first two reps I spoke with told me the same thing. And also last year when I first had to do the tax interview I was told I was "good to go" and to ignore the banner.
My account was deactivated even with emails from various reps saying it would not be. Those emails when presented to customer service were meaningless. "They should not have told you that". I finally spoke to two reps yesterday who both confirmed the INFORM tax interview is a once a year process.
Stay on top of it - just because one rep said it's a glitch, don't accept it. It is an extremely frustrating process but don't stop contacting them until everything looks approved.
