Hello. Our company was acquired by a new parent company in 2022, but the former parent company wanted to retain ownership of the brand - even though they have not plan to use it. They wanted to protect the brand from unauthorized use. However, we now want to be the brand owner via brand registry. Because our situation is different and we don't appear as the brand owner on the trademark form, we are wondering if there is another process we could utilize, so that the orignal parent company representatives can grant us permission to be brand owner on Amazon. Is there anything we can do to get this to happen?

The application still shows as "PENDING REVIEW" on our dashboard - however, the case it is connected to (15580836021) is showing as "Answered" and cannot be re-opened, or replied to. Is this how the case is supposed to appear? Or do we have an issue with our application?

Im a new seller building my first brand on Amazon.
I have a pending TM (done by a lawyer) and all my applications and appeals got rejected (trying a few months now to get approved for BR).
I have gone over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma' multiple times verifying that all the information matches across the USPTO website, Seller Central, and the Brand Registry application.
I have thoroughly reviewed all possible guidelines provided by Amazon to the letter and I don't see any mismatch.
This is my last appeal (Case ID 15567677161) ,after JiAlex_Amazon from the community tried to help me and suggested to add more documents.
Got reject for the following application as well.

Because our situation is different and we don't appear as the brand owner on the trademark form, we are wondering if there is another process we could utilize, so that the orignal parent company representatives can grant us permission to be brand owner on Amazon.
