Only 1 question:
Why is it that when you are registered with brand registry you are unable to edit product listings unless you sell the product on the listing.
For example, say I own the brand and I have registry, but I have third party customers who sell the products on Amazon. Why am I unable to issue changes to the listing as the authorized owner of the brand unless I also list the products?
Why is it that when using Brand Registry or Report a violation tool that sellers who clearly are not selling the items mentioned on the listing have the complaints reversed even when Test Orders are submitted showing evidence to the contrary?
What are the best practices you recommend to avoid endless back and forth with the Amazon B.R. support team?
Explain what evidence is best when reporting a violation? Test orders with photos, video, screenshots, etc
Share the process of how Brand Registry handles cases so that sellers can submit the right details, information, evidence so that there is no confusion or lack of clarity of the violation and the type of violation committed by the offending seller.
Why is that when a seller gets a Suspected IP complaint the remedy or manner to successfully address the complaint is not consistent even when similar IP complaints via performance notifications.
For example, if a seller gets a suspected IP Trademark complaint sometime providing invoices is sufficient and other times a letter of authorization and sometime both invoices and LOA are requested?
If I have a pending trademark registration number can I enter it into brand registry NOW and then later change the registration number (to a different pending registration number) without any issues for the same account and the same items/skus?
I have a pending trademark registration number for a logo. However, I will be registering the wordmark only (instead of the whole logo) in December and won't have that number until December. I would prefer to have the wordmark associated with my account and the logo removed in December as I may not follow all the way through with registering the logo.
I hope that made sense.
Please advise if changeover is straightforward and possible. Or if it will interrupt my selling at all?

Under New seller incentives Amazon states some of the benefits like: "Automatic enrollment in FBA New Selection, which provides free monthly storage, liquidations, and return processing for your eligible new-to-FBA ASINs."
My question: Does the return processing include the fees for shipping when a removal order is created? Or is that just for customer returns?
Also How long are the incentives effective?
Could you please help resolve Case ID 16480108631? This is a technical issue, and as the brand owner, I am unable to update my product information. My request is simple: I need the incorrect Amazon setting to be removed.
How to enroll if you got a small business and 1k$+ offers to simply fill in the information via USPTO is a bit too much? Could we easily find any cheaper options? Not talking about pro bono ofc, but how about 300-400USD? We have done it all already, all we are lacking is a US based licensed lawyer to assist with filling a final form. Thank you
