have recently got a Mexico RFC information request it is not clear what one has to do FAQ not working

do not have a Mexico address, not ship from Mexico, NO Mexico forms so assuming that do not have to fill this in and it does not affect me in the UK

It says if not fill this in by a certain date I will be deactivated

have tried help but they keep ignoring me

am getting very distressed about this can somebody help please
