We need clarification from Amazon regarding this issue...We had to open a case with SS due to the EXTREMELY long invisible promise extensions on our listings...here is what they said (after waiting a week for a response):
Our internal team provided update that your promise is delayed due to promise padding applied to your listings.
Your current OTDR is 93.75% when Target is 97%. Please maintain OTDR > 97% to avoid promise padding.
This padding will only affect promise showing on the website and not the actual promise received on the order. Order will show promise as set in Seller's shipping settings.
so Amazon....which is it...are we required to have a 90% OTDR or a 97% OTDR? WE REQUIRE CLARIFICATION FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN SELLER SUPPORT...WHO WE ALL KNOW IS CAPABLE OF FLAT OUT LIES NOWADAYS!
Hello @Seller_ZDUFw1qRNIbgB. If you share a Case ID with me I can review the details of that message and ask our partner team to review that messaging.

post.
My on time delivery rate is above 98% and they are adding days to my items too. For example they are telling customers that order today they won't receive it until the 23rd. Oh and thats to my own state so I would hate to see what out of staters are seeing. So what's happening? My sales have come to a stand still because it's Christmas time and people want their items before Christmas for that very reason. Many people aren't going to say you know what I'll chance it and hope it gets here, they'll just not buy that item. So I guess my ads will stop because I'm not blowing money for non existent sales.
