Is there a reason that on a FBA order that is refunded with the reason "Order Not Received" we are losing money on that transaction?
Item sold for $9.99 with $5.51 going to our account. Refunded for Order Not Received, we are debited $8.39.
Can anyone tell me how this makes sense, outside of just being Amazon logic?
