AWD not receiving or acknowledging delivery of goods

Hello,

We need help escalating an issue with AWD. We have migrated our 3PL warehouse inventory to AWD completely over the last 6 months. Initially our experience has been positive, however over the last 3 months AWD has become very unreliable.

We have recently had a critical shipment delivered on 11/17/2024 however Amazon not acknowledged delivery nor checked in the goods.

We have a proof of delivery and evidence of goods ownership.

Any help from the Amazon Forum Team to escalate this would be greatly appreciated. We have gone out of stock of key Black Friday & Cyber Monday inventory as a result of this.

Hi @Seller_o10i6lergaZ89,

As you may have seen in other threads and replies recently AWD is currently in a 10-14 day receiving timeline so most likely your shipment is working its way through that queue at the site. That said I'm going to pass along this shipment ID to our AWD partners to see if they can take a look and I'll share the anecdotal feedback of your experience as well. I'll share any updates below as I receive them.
