discussion. She keeps ordering "non returnable goods" from me and then calls Amazon to complain and they give her back the money with a ribbon on top. I am out close to $500
She's placed orders since but I already know her info so I cancel her orders. Now Amazon is threatening account disactivation due to high cancellations....someone please help

Ooof! Sorry to hear that.
No, you can block a customer. Amazon should allow this, but doesn't.
She may be doing this to multiple sellers. I would post the customer's info on one of the sites that lists bad buyers.
Perhaps some other seller can persuade her to behave ethically.
No and this is an area where Amazon fails miserably. Sellers should have the ability to block their items from being purchased by specific customers on every platform. Ebay is great in this area because they realize there are bad actors out there just to ruin a sellers reputation. This is especially crucial to have available on Amazon since their platform is so strict on seller performance. This is just one of many examples where Amazon drops the balls on sellers. The other thing I don't like is the ability for people to leave reviews that have never bought from a seller. That's something that should never be allowed.
Don't we all wish. Im dealing with an abusive customer who is trying to ruin my listing. Claiming our oils aren't pure, package late, Amazon even lied about their return policy. I'm trying to get it removed but it's not even showning up in the Feedback Manager!! So over it!!! Good luck my friend
buy shipping but dont ship, wait the next day void shipping and refund the order, it will not be considered as cancellation, Amazon does not leave us any other choice
contact to support centre and explain your issue. Amazon team will handle it legally.
Wow, I don't understand these people. Why would you do that.
I believe you can report abuse. Not sure how affective it is but its always worth a try. You could also buyer message them and call them out on their purchase behavior and tell them that you will not be filling their orders moving forward. Hope this helps?
Maybe take the item down from sale for awhile...
or,
Do as suggested above, buy shipping, then refund the order and request a refund on the shipping label.
if she starts leaving negatives, contact her by phone and try to straighten things out...
IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT AMAZON DOESN'T DETECT A CUSTOMER REPURCHASING PRODUCTS THEY HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT IN THE PAST. THE SAME BUYER SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RE-PURCHASE PREVIOUSLY REFUNDED PRODUCTS MORE THAN ONCE, LET ALONE MULTIPLE TIMES.
"You have purchased this product in the past and have received a refund due to a problem with the product or seller. Please be aware this item will NOT be eligible for refund if you purchase it. Please consider other products or other sellers."
Amazon is on the side of criminals, not sellers.
You can call Amazon Seller Support, and explain this to them. I think they will understand.
