Listing Hijacked by new brand JPHYLL

Good day. A listing that we are a seller on, but are not the brand owner has been hijacked by another brand. I contacted Seller Support but was not able to get any answers. They advised that only the new brand owner JPHYLL could approve changes, and yet that is the brand that hijacked the listing and made it subject to being search-suppressed. I am looking to see if one of the moderators here could send this to another department and try to have it reverted to what has been listed for years.

As the issue has been resolved already so it may not be needed anymore, but just for future case, if you have this sort of problem, just save all the details for the product (ASIN, SKU, etc.) delete the listing, and then relist using flat file using the original brand name, it will revert it back, we had this problem on so many ASINs, and support wasn't helping much, eventually we figured it out and had it fixed this way, thank you!
