I've received lots of great advice from other handmade sellers via FB groups and forums that has saved me so much time and helped me to streamline my business.
One of the first discussions I had started was one clarifying the difference between seller feedback and product reviews, and @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl was the first one to respond. The reply was very helpful and I was glad to know that there are people on the forums willing to help out new people like me.
Seller support has actually been very helpful for helping me solve problems like missing inventory on inbound. Just follow the instructions to the letter, like having proof of ownership.
There have been some success stories that have really inspired me over the years. Amazon's marketplace is a great equalizer where any mom and pop can pursue their dreams of success!
I've had an overall positive experience with Selling Partner Support. We had a case where our account was flagged and a large swath of our inventory was restricted for sale. The support team member helping me that day gave me great information to get my account back into good standing.
Shout out to the Amazonians we met at Accelerate this year, they were all very helpful and we were able to solve some issues that we had with compliance, outstanding cases, etc.

Twice @KJ_Amazon has provided amazing help when there was no other place to turn. We use amazon buy shipping and there have been two times when we were overbilled significant amounts by the system. After trying to go thru seller support and not getting anywhere, @KJ_Amazon replied to my plea for help and over time we were able to get reimbursed for the glitches. Both times @KJ_Amazon stuck with us and saw each through to the end and we are very grateful to have the forum and mods like KJ to help when there is no other place to turn. I also want to send a shout out and thanks to @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blfor teaching me how to properly tag the mods in our posts :)
Can't recall Sellers' names that have assisted, but when I can't get a user challenge answered by 'Customer Service', I often do a category search in Forums and find my answer, or at least a "how to."
